Joint activity report for the first year 2005/2006

The project was born in Alden Biesen seminar with partnership composed by seven school and chosen coordinator was Turkish school. During summer 2005 we knew that the coordinator school was not approved so the partnership for the first year was between the Italian school, the Belgium school and the Slovak school. Then the Slovak school became the coordinator school. Changes in partnership causes some difficulties in communication.

For our communication we use English language and mainly e-mails. Some problems were caused by different degrees of familiarity with some sort of media, we are bettering it.
Relationship among teachers participating in meetings were established on a very good base; some are planning to spend holidays together and others are going to learn some basis of other partners' languages.

Starting an Action research in Early language learning in cooperation with University in Ruzomberok
Project meeting in Ruzomberok from 22nd January to 26th January 2006
Workshop on new methodology for young learners: learning by doing
Exchange of students material as videos, games, letters, worksheets, drawings
Production of didactic material: videos, posters, pictures, songs, rhymes.
Italian school started publishing material on its web-site, waiting for the organization of BELL Comenius web-site.
Lessons in English with intercultural, transversal aims.

The teachers participating in the project learned new contents and improved their skills in teaching/learning process.
