Organizing web site:

The web site will be organized and published by the Iqbal Masih staff, but any partner will send material to publish. In particular we decide to have a Monthly Diary about project in each school
Each month must be sent a report about project activities that are happening in the five schools, so that we can share ideas. Reports, photos and links will be published on the BELL web site in the Diary page

Communication

We will have a bell group in our main menu of our e-mail programme to send the messages to all the group.

Exchange of materials

Questionnaire about learning languages.
o Gaiva is on the charge of preparing a questionnaire for children to evaluate pupils improvement in 3 moments during school year: November, February and April

Methodology
o Story telling :
o We discuss about a common book or film to use in all the schools. We decide to work with a movie:

Ice age 1.
o Clil related subjects: science, history, art, biology, geography
o First of all teachers write down lessons plans and share them.
o Final products will be shown.

Special needs
¢ We are going to improve this aspect because we don't feel prepared to write a complete programme for special needs pupils. We are going to ask for help to special schools and/or support teachers for language teaching

Evaluation
o with questionnaire,
o during the next meeting we will have a session dedicated to the evaluation.

Renewal form
Dana is in charge of writing the renewal form She will prepare a proposal of renewal in December and send it to all the schools into the first half of January.

In service training
Courses of languages and focus groups on new methodology will be organized during the school year in the schools

Framework

We are going to discuss and collect materials to share and to compare during the year and next meeting

Project meeting

The group agrees on having the next meeting in Lithuania, from the 7th of May to 11th

Teachers' exchange
Lithuanian teachers are going to come to Rome in the first week of June.
Lithuanian teachers are going to go to Erembodegem in March
Italian teachers are going to go to Belgium in June, during the second week of June .
Czech teachers can go to Slovakia and Lithuania.
Lithuanian teacher is going to Czech republic.
