Introduction
The participants to the meeting of Comenius Project Bell, held in Kaunas
from 6 to 13 may 2007, taking in consideration the absence of the coordinator
school Nasa Skola at this meeting and the lack of effective communications
with the coordinator school trough this school year, agree on the following
points
" Nasa Skola in Ruzomberok, Slovakia, for many reasons (it's a
small private school, with no experience in European project and difficulties
in using communication tools that are necessary in this project; the
contact person seems to have some personal difficulties in joining the
activities) cannot be the coordinator school in the third year of the
project. We all agreed that the coordinator school for the third year
will be School Iqbal Masih in Rome as we stated on the renewal form
of our Comenius project
" We start to write together, during this meeting, the activity
report for the school year 2006/2007 instead of our coordinator, because
we are not sure that this important document can be wrote and shared
in time by the coordinators.

SECTION B: END PRODUCTS
What kind of product(s) have been produced collaboratively by the
project partnership in the course of the past school year?
Which of these are 'joint' project results and which have been produced
separately by the participating institutions? How have these products
been disseminated and to whom, both within and outside the partnership?
How were they received?
? Common products
i. Web site of the project
? Products in each school
i. Descriptions, drawings, photos about Ice Age.
ii. Teaching material for CLIL
iii. Games, puzzle, about Ice Age
iv. Questionnaires to test pupils comprehension and achievements

vi. Exchanging letters between pupils from Czech and Italian schools
? Dissemination of products
i. Mainly using the web site that is known among different teachers
web communities.
SECTION C: BALANCED PARTNERSHIP / COMMUNICATION
& COOPERATION
How effective was the collaboration between
the participating institutions?
How was the distribution of tasks agreed and progress monitored? How
was the communication organised? What communication language(s) has/have
been used? Were there any major obstacles to a satisfactory cooperation?
How have these obstacles been overcome, if at all? How important were
the staff mobility activities? How important were the pupil mobility
activities?
For our communication we use English language
and mainly e-mails. Some problems were caused by different degrees of
familiarity with some sort of media, we are bettering it
SECTION D: EVALUATION
Has the partnership undertaken any joint evaluation
of project activities and progress made?
If so, what are the main methods, conclusions and consequences of this
evaluation? Were expectations met? Does the partnership wish to continue
its cooperation, within a Comenius project or otherwise?
Through project activities pupils in the
schools improved their motivation in foreign languages activities and
in European knowledge. With the planned activities we could actively
involved special needs children. The web site is established as a common
tool of work which can be used by teachers, students and families.
We are going to improve the objective about special needs because we
don't feel prepared to write a complete programme for special needs
pupils. We are going to ask for help to special schools and/or support
teachers for language teaching. We also evaluate as positive aspects
in our schools policy about languages the following established activities:
" integration of a Comenius language assistant into school-life
" resources provided by the school for teaching/learning of languages
(compared to other subjects)
